Our Community Living services support adults under the care of Community Living British Columbia (CLBC), who may also benefit from assistance in building connections to their community and accessing important services and supports to achieve greater independence.

Our Community Living Services include community inclusion and outreach, Home Share, and residential services. Support is person-centred and changes depending on individual needs. Through a network of community supports and services, individuals are supported to identify and achieve their self-determined goals.
