We work to remove the barriers people face within our communities in accessing and maintaining meaningful employment that fosters economic security, and education opportunities.
Often, people face compounding and intersectional barriers that hinder their ability to access employment and education opportunities, such as homelessness, poverty, trauma, problematic substance use, disabilities, experience with the criminal justice system, and discrimination. We are determined to address and reduce these barriers and the ways in which they affect people as individuals using a person-centred approach so that they can reach their potential.
